One of my favorites in the area!
Maybe the food when you eat IN the restaurant is OK, but I ordered delivery. It was a Sunday evening around 730PM and I ordered a meatball parm sandwich and mozzarella sticks. The order took well over an hour and I literally live a half mile down the road. The mozzarella sticks were cold and the meatball sandwich had zero flavor whatsoever and the meat itself was very dry and didn't seem to have any spices, breadcrumbs, or anything added to it to actually make it a meatball. More like someone just made some chop meat into a ball and baked it and over cooked it. I'm not saying I will never go back, but my first experience was not the most pleasant.
All the food at Carlo's is The Best!! I've ate there in the restaurant and had a great experience. But I mostly order by delivery. The staff is pleasant on the phone as well as the delivery guys! I'm glad their in my neighborhood, cause I won't get Italian food esp pizza from any other place!
I will admit they could renovate the inside of their restaurant. They are always packed so I'm sure they could afford some new decor (looks a little run down on the inside), but the staff is very friendly and the food is worth coming for.
Ordered carry out, showed up and my order was ready. So i was in and out quick...the spaghetti could have used some more sauce in my opinion... but overall a great place
Excellent, local Italian food. The eggplant parm, ravioli, calamari, pizza and mussels are some of my favorite things to order. The portions are bigger than most restaurants serve and the prices are very reasonable.
The food is good but they don't know what they are doing. Every time to go order is missing items or completely wrong. Don't waste your time with them at all not worth it.
